Album is a deluxe edition of photobook. We craft your albums with the finest materials and use the layflat processing to form the perfect bind. Classic Album will be in a gorgeous box, while a box for Linen Album is optional.

We always try to do the best for the environment. We use acid-free and FSC certified paper for our products, which means our production process guarantee environmental and social responsibility.

We are obsessed with crafting a high quality book for our customer, which is made to be long-lasting. There is a coating which helps protect each page of your book, so it becomes waterproof, mold-resistant and durable.

Typesetting and Order

Please go to “voucher page” under “my account page”, and press “design” to enter our online editor. Upon completion of designing your product, you can redeem your voucher by entering the voucher code on checkout page.

We understand that you might not have time to design your books, that’s why our typesetting service “Design for Me” is in preparation. Please stay tuned with us.

It depends on the number of pages of your books and your design. You can either place 1 photo across a two pages or place numerous photos on one page. However, we do recommend to have 2-4 photos on one page.

For Photo Albums, it takes 10 business days*. For other products, it takes 8 business days*. *Business day refers to Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holiday

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Evoke, we always try our best to send our customers the products with the best quality.
If you are not satisfied with the purchase due to Evoke’s mistakes, such as flaws in our craftsmanship or damages during transit, we will remake the products as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with the purchase due to your own errors, such as spelling mistakes or using images below recommended resolution, we are willing to replace the products at 65% of original retail price.
If the above situations happen, please contact us within 14 days upon receiving your products, and briefly explain the problems with photos of the flawed products. We will handle your cases as soon as possible.
Please also note that color tuning is not included in our service. We only print your products according to the uploaded file.
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds.
